The Elks Lodge post 154 was instituted in Portsmouth in 1890. While the lodge has moved locations at least once, the current location is also home to a few spirits that can disrupt events and daily activities. Reports include heavy stomping footsteps, motion sensors being set off, the elevator running without warning, as well as phonograph music and cigar smoke drifting through the building.
